I want to add my mom's phone with her current phone number to my plan. When I go to self serve and select a new plan with bring my own device it doesn't seem to register that I'm adding a completely new person and phone. How do I add her on with a new plan all under my account so I can pay for it?

Is your mom current with Koodo or with other carrier?
Moving another number to your account isn't that easy as it might need a formal request of number ownership
