I recently purchased a Samsung tablet while on a call with a representative from Koodo as a special promotion. When I got the invoice in my email, the wrong phone number was put on it. When I try and track my parcel, it says that it is the wrong number. I’m not sure how to get a hold of customer service to help with this

We have checked the details and we can see the order hasn’t been shipped yet. You should receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped to you.
If you refer to the phone number on the service agreement, this is the number that should be activated with the tablet.
