Wrong address provided on one of my recent phone orders

Hi, my wife and I both ordered new iphones 16 256GBs on Nov 3, 2024. and one of our mailing addresses is incorrect on one of our orders.

Order number HFO38678472

has the wrong address

Our correct mailing address is:

someone from Koodo reached out to her but we thought it was a scam and so deleted the voice mail will no number to call.

Please help as we do not want once of our new phones being delivered to the wrong address.

You’d need to schedule a call back through the virtual assist and ask to speak to a rep from the Webstore team, so they check if the address can be updated at this point
