waited weeks and i cant even get a tracking number on my new phone. but ordered my partner the EXACT same phone in a black and its 2 days and already trackable? thats not right

I should also add i have talked with 3 reps about this and been told that it was picked up from the warehouse and is not in their hands and to talk to Canada post, sadly i was met with a rude rep there and they just left the chat after telling me to call you back. im sick and need my new phone SOON since mine is broken and i cant keep in contact with family rn. this is too much stress for a phone order


Do you have an order number for your phone?


Yeas sadly when i put any info in the tracker in koodo it says invalid

 


Hi ​@Jinx our apologies for the delay! We checked the account and it seems the colorway ordered is out of stock and on backorder. Our team left a note on your account December 31st and also sent you a text message, not sure if you received that? 

We checked the order number and the current estimated time for shipping is by January 10. Once the phone ships out you should receive an email with tracking information. 


ITs unfair. i ordered it WHEN it was in stock. now i have to wait?

 


The website inventory is not real time, if multiple people bought the same colour phone right before you on that same day, it could result in a backorder.

If you really need the phone, you can always select another colour.
