It January 31 and I called on January 23 but I haven’t received my SIM card? When will I get it?

When did you sign up for an account? What is your order number?
Sim cards are shipped by regular mail. It can take several days. I believe Koodo asks for up to 10 days before asking for a new Sim card or going to a kisok to pick one up.
