I already leveled KOODO since 11th last January, but my bank statement shows me Koodo changed me twice 10.50 on 7th of February. the reason is Koodo prepaid self-ser. I don’t know why ? does anyone encounter similar problem?

How did you leave Koodo?
Did you take your number and port it over to another company?
