I ordered a phone and it shipped on November 30th to my home address. I just checked UPS tracking info and they state it was delivered by UPS on December 3rd, but it was not. They don’t have delivery proof or a signature. I tried a claim with UPS, but get this message
“Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this package. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.”
who can I contact for resolution?
