I ordered a new Pixel 9 on Sunday and they’ve tried for the last 3 days to deliver it in the middle of the day at 3 different times.

I work and so does everyone else in the house. It requires a signature and the myUPS says it can’t be left at an access point?

What else can I do before it’s returned to sender? I’ve tried calling Koodo and after finally getting a hold of a person they put me on hold for ten minutes and then hung up.

So once it is in the couriers hands it is up to them on how they deliver it, but based on the value of the device it would require a signature. You would have to contact UPS and ask to pick it up at their distribution center or come to a compromise, as ultimately it is up to them, not koodo.

UPS says the sender (Koodo) is the one that requires it to be delivered only to the house.

They refuse to change it to an access point. This is so ridiculous.


You mention an access point specifically .  Is picking up from the UPS distribution center not an option?
