Koodo practice is to charge you right away when you changed our plan. it is bad if there was delay but it might help to pay off amount sooner.

As you are an existing customer, Koodo always start charging your phone and your new plan from the day you ordered. There isn’t another way around. If you would like, you could cancel the order by contacting the webstore.

I have send them an email 4 days ago, but no one replys me at all! I just want a date, even if it is delayed, as long as I can get an accurate shipping deadline.
