I’ve been trying for two days to upgrade my phone. I have a zero tab balance with a $60 per month plan. Each time I try to add the phone to my cart i get a pop up message “this item is not compatable with other items in your cart”, but there is nothing in my cart.
Why can’t i upgrade my phone.
