unable to puchase phone online

I’m trying to buy a phone online but everytime I do I get an error message:

”This product isn't compatible with other items in your cart”

my plan is $45 for 30G. I am a new customer, not even a month.

What phone are you trying to get?

And are you on BYOD plan?

It is likely your account is too new to upgrade a device online on your Self-Serve account. You can either visit your nearest Koodo store or wait until 45 days after your date of activation.
