What is included in this special plan? How many gigs of data? There are no details when i click on the postscript.
Where are you seeing this? Is it on your self serve or the main koodo page?

There is indeed an offer loaded on you account where you can take advantage of some special plans when you upgrade your phone on a tab.
You should be able to see the available plans after you add the phone to the cart.
