Stream + premium stuck in purchase in progress

I believe my purchase for a Stream is stuck in the purchase progress.  I have not received any activation emails.  What do I need to do?

Just to confirm,, do you see the message Purchase in progress when you check your subscriptions in self serve? If not, will you please share a screenshot of what it’s shown? (please mask any personal info)

I am not seeing anything the subscriptions except my credit card information, I entered.  Should I just begin the process again?
