Hello, I received an email saying my plan is changed and also received another mail saying “Your Koodo Order Confirmation”. I have not placed any order or changed plan but when logged into my account, i could see the changed plan and also new contract agreement. How do I cancel this purchase before delivering to a hacker and how to restore my original plan. I have changed my password now. I needed urgent assistance.
Hi there,
In the event of fraudulent activity on your koodo account you must setup a call back with a rep through koodo assist. They will be able to see the activity that happened on the account and act accordingly and provide you with next steps. In the meantime while you wait for the call, please change your koodo self serve password if you haven't already.
You can schedule a call by following the link below, select chat now, then monthly, and follow the prompts by the chat bot until you schedule a call. Sorry this happened.

Hi there,
In the event of fraudulent activity on your koodo account you must setup a call back with a rep over the phone. They will be able to see the activity that happened on the account and act accordingly and provide you with next steps. If a rep on here sees your post and they're able to help instead, they will respond as I have. In the meantime while you wait for the call, please change your koodo self serve password if you haven't already.
