Does zero down and $0 for 24 months mean free?

Hi there,
So it means that it will be free as long as you stay with koodo for the 2 year commitment as they will pay the full value of the phone as a "tab bonus". If you leave the company within the 2 years you will have to pay the remaining cost for the device. I hope this clears things up
