You sent me the wrong phone. I have returned the phone via the email instructions the same day it was delivered. It is stuck in the mail somewhere with post Canada and you sent me a bill for over $2000. I do not want late charges on my credit. I have been trying to speak to a human for 3 days now. Someone needs to call me back. This needs to be addressed! 

Have you tried following up with the Koodo Web Store? You can send an email with your order number to koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.


They emailed me back and said they cannot resolve the issue and go to the chat and request a callback. I have tried that for 4 days straight with no success. Please advise, I cannot spend anymore time dealing with this issue, I am leaving the country this weekend. So if Koodo doesn’t call back and this goes against my credit I will be making a formal complaint. I need to speak with someone. Immediately.

I have emailed your suggested contact. They replied they cannot help with the situation. Please advise! I need to speak with a human. This has been weeks of me trying to speak with someone at Koodo now, it’s not right. I am going to make a formal complaint if I do not receive proper communication from Koodo.

The call back option continues to hang up on me. Please read my original concerns. Is anyone listening or doing their jobs at Koodo this is madness. 


I get you are frustrated - I would be too - but you are on a Customer forum so you are talking with other customers (except for the one Koodo employee who stopped by) so comments about formal complaints and contact me immediately really aren't going to get you anywhere here.

If you aren't having any luck with calling you can try contacting Koodo through Facebook or Twitter. There are links at the bottom of this thread.

Just so you are aware and other customers are as well. 
You are incorrect - I have had them respond in my private messages, and they are sending me down dead ends. So to those who are trying to get a hold of someone this seems like the only way at this time. Yes I will be making a formal complaint especially when I am being billed over $2000 and it is going to look like a late payment simply because of poor customer service. Paying customers have rights. 


Well you never mentioned you were receiving private messages from Koodo at any point in your comments.
 

No one said you didn't have rights and you are definitely free to make any complaints you want - good luck in sorting it out.
