I want to cancel my subscription and return the s24 fe that i've just purshaced, however, i suddenly dropped it and has a little smash on the housing due to the hitting with the floor (not the screen). How can i proceed with the return with this accident?
Well, according to these instructions: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/returning-or-exchanging-your-koodo-phone?srsltid=AfmBOoqncCfRE2w_O3rHc1sUEr7Jgmewbj_vzOGOzQ_3t2a8BrdIwGuU
It clearly states:
- The phone is in like-new condition in the original packaging
So you probably will receive a prorated refund.
I have flagged a rep to help you out further :)
Edit: on second thought, I’m pretty sure your warranty is void after it’s not longer in mint condition - but I’m sure a rep will confirm where I’m wrong
Hi there
Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about the incident with your device. Regarding your request to cancel your subscription and return the S24 FE, here’s some clarification based on our return policies.
Devices must be returned in like-new condition to qualify for a return. Since the device has sustained physical damage, such as the impact on the housing, it unfortunately does not meet the eligibility requirements for a return.
If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, you can schedule a callback with a representative who can assist you. Please note that the remaining TAB balance and Tab bonus will be charged upon cancellation.
I hope this helps!

Thank you for the reply, does that mean that I have to pay some fees for the cancelation and return, or should I pay the whole phone price to do so?
According to Boa_Guy’s reply, the phone is yours to keep (sorry about that, no fun when you damage something so soon after getting it). It would have to be paid in full (including tab bonus) if you cancel. If you keep your line, your tab will continue as normal.
If you still with to cancel your line, you would need to schedule a callback - or you could port out your number and it will all happen automatically.
