Did you receive a shipping label from the Koodo Web Store? It should have included the tracking number.

Koodo should have that on file.


I was told by the Koodo company that they will need a tracking number..but I have no idea where to send it. I already send it back and wondering where can I send the tracking number or they would already have it?

How did you have the instruction of the return? did they send you a mailer or something? 


Hi ​@Snow girl, the tracking number is for you, so you can check on the return. Please keep the tracking information in case something happens with the package while it makes its way back to us. 

Once the package is received by our warehouse/inventory team it will take 2 to 4 weeks to adjust the tab for your line and add any necessary credits.  The process might take longer if there are any issues with the device upon its return.
