I have got an “Your KOODO Exchange Instructions Enclosed” email for my replacement phone, but the email doesn’t have any shipment tracking info.  Is it normal ?  Is it a way I can track the shipment?

How did you send the phone back?  Did you need to drop it off at Purolator or some other carrier?  They should have given you some kind of tracking number

A tracking number should be provided to you by the courier so you can track the return. Once the device is returned verified, then the tab associated with the returned phone should be reversed if the phone has no physical damage.

Sorry I wasn’t clear.  My question was for the new replacement from Koodo to me, not the defective old phone - which I haven’t sent out yet.

I think Koodo will send you another email with the tracking info when they ship the new phone.

I  believe this only happens once they have received your old phone.
