refund for a paymentmade by a non kodoo customer

Hello, I was a kodoo customer by the past and their account number is resgistered on my bank app , so I made a wrong payment to the kodoo account . How can I be refund please ?

I would speak with your bank first (like ASAP) to get them to reverse the payment
