I live in a rural area and Purolator will not deilvier my phone.  The tracking info states  “shipper will be contacted”.

Have you contacted Puralator and they have stated that they won’t deliver? 


I have contacted purolator and they told me they do not deliver to my island and to contact telus/koodo.

Have you asked them to hold the package somewhere so you can pick it up? If they doesn’t offer the option, you might have to visit a Koodo store and activate there for now.
