When purchasing a SIM card, I received a bonus of 45 gigabytes for buying a plan. In the second month, as I had used less internet volume, I switched my plan to a cheaper one. Unfortunately, I lost the bonus internet volume and have no access to it anymore. Additionally, I was not aware that changing the plan would result in losing the bonus volume, which has upset me greatly.

Generally, If the promotion was attached to the plan and you changed your plan, the promotion would disappear.

There is actually a warning about promotional credits falling off when you change your plan.
