Hi

I ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on Sat for $5.00 per month each. Now they are $0.00 per month each and cheaper plan. 

Can I get the new offer today or am I stuck paying $5.00 per month and the more expensive plan?

That was a waste of time. So I sent an email to  Koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com, only to be

told they can’t do anything about it. they said I would have to put in a callback request. Now I see today that the deal has changed again.

I haven’t received the phones yet. I think I will return them and cancel my service all together.

 

Its so frustrating trying to get things done.

If the offer was available when you submitted the form and you qualify for it, Koodo will apply the changes
