I am moving out on Mar 31st and would like to order another internet device for my new service address. Since we only have 1 working day left for this week, can I get order by tomorrow to my current address if I book immediately? Or should I still wait for 2-3 business days after moving? I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me quick response on this. Thanks!

Could you confirm if you are ordering a phone or a home internet service? if you are moving, make sure you contact Koodo to let them know you aren’t there. Make sure your new address have internet connection for Koodo as well.
If you order something new for the new address, that will be another new order, and you would have to cancel the current one.
