On July 12th I ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 PLUS 256GB BLACK.  

Order number: HFO38049283

 

I even changed my amount of payment to $55.00 for a new phone
You cancelled the order and I would like to know why.   I can’t find a phone number for you, so I hope you get this and you can tell me what went wrong.   I have only used Koodo phones ever since I got a cell phone.   I have never been late paying.

To add to Dennis, usually this is because the device happens to have become out of stock just before you submitted the order, that, or they have to verify your ID if the shipping address is different to that on your Koodo account. It sometimes happens but a quick call back should do the trick 🙂👍

We have checked and our webstore team made 3 attempts to reach you as some additional info was needed to approve the order, however they were unable to connect with you.

An email should have been sent to you, have you checked your email or the Spam folder?
