Hey, so I tried purchasing a new phone through a kodoo offer before I went on a trip.

Now the purchase didn't go through on Kodoos end and I can't contact customer service hotline because I am abroad.

How could I reach them without having to call them about this ? 

The offer is no longer available so I can't just try to buy it anew.
