I’m trying to purchase a phone online and I go through all the steps update my rate plans and after it verifies the screen goes blank and stops loading… have tried on phone and laptop

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in your browser or placing the order in incognito mode on your browser?


Yes and it still ends in a blank page that won’t load after the verification

If you try to select a different phone and plan, are you having the same issue?

Have you tried the incognito mode? and try to refresh the page once you see the error?


Are you a new customers or an existing customer upgrading?
