i recently bought a new phone online and it was shipped out with UPS. i missed the three delivery attempts as i was at work when they would show up. koodo does not allow their packages to be picked up at a UPS depot, so now the package has been sent back.
how do i go about getting my phone? i don’t believe i can pick up at a koodo store since it was placed online, but i also don’t want it shipped again with UPS just to run into the same issue. i’ve tried to use self serve to setup an agent callback, but it’s being difficult since it can’t seem to understand my issue.
is there a number i can call to directly speak to an agent?
