Any suggestion on the delayed order, which was placed in 24 december but not shipped yet until now. The new plan has already take into effect and start to bill.

 256GB TEAL. The status said it’s delayed due to manufacturer, no further information. 


When I check the regular iphone 16 - 256GB - Teal, it shows that the order will ship in 2 weeks.  I would expect that to be the timeline for current orders, which means for past orders with should ship within 2 weeks as long as Koodo gets devices according to schedule.

Thank you for reply. It looks like it’s uncertain when Koodoo will receive the device from the manufacturer. If I still can’t receive the phone in the next two weeks, can I cancel the order and reverse the charge to the new plan?


Yes you should be able to cancel.

You can also email the webstore to enquire about the timelines.  I’m not sure if they would have any different or updated info.

Hi again ​@MabelW we’ve heard back from the Webstore team, they confirmed the phone model ordered is indeed out of stock. Unfortunately, they don’t yet have a confirmed date by which the phone will become available.
