I've selected a upgrade new phone, keep my current plan, and put in the shopping cart, but couldn't find Check Out button on the web page.
Please help how to continue processing the order? Thanks!
The screen print of order info web page is like this.

You would have to push on the “select plan” to proceed. If Koodo allows you to keep the current plan it would state in the next step. If They doesn't allow, you would have to choose a new one.
Hi Dinh, thank you for your kindly help! Based on your instructions, I've completed the order check out. After click the “select plan” to proceed, the web page allow me to keep the current plan, but no check out option and no message to tell me what to do. But when I select a new plan, the check out option showed up! Koodo web design has a big problem, or they're playing sales game to push customer to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Anyway thank you again!

Did this only happen when you select the samsung S24 FE?. I logged into selfserve myself and saw a note saying that deal required a plan of $49 or more. I wonder that is the reason you could not check out properly.
Well, yea, they (all carriers) often push for minimum spend amounts to qualify for tab deals. It’s been a thing for several years now. The 39 dollar (34 on autopay) plan is specifically BYOD, while the $49 (44 on autopay) is for getting a phone on tab. If you specifically want a phone, it can be worth it. This S24FE is mostly a S24+ with crappy secondary lenses and battery life, with a real retail value of $919. If you do autopay, you’ll be paying $4 more, plus the $5 tab, for $9 more for 24 months. It works out to a cheap price for a good phone, IF that’s what you want. Unfortunately, they put the floor at $49 for it.
Hello Dinh & Goran, thank you providing the above info!
If this only happen when I select the Samsung S24 FE, it's also a very bad web design. Actually I also tried buying another phone, it's the same logic. If I select my Current Plan, can't check out and no note indicating anything. If I select any New Plan, I can proceed check out easily.
I can understand vendors intend to make more money. But it's too bad they're playing sales games with customer and wasting us too much time to buy a phone! And when we have something to ask, their robot agent will never schedule a live agent callback, their email reply could help nothing, and their support phone number just telling me go back to robot. It's Koodo terrible service style!!!!!
