I would reach out to those who you’ve been in touch with in regards to the fraud investigation. If they deem things unsatisfactory, they are indeed going to like the phones back anyways.
That’s the thing. Customer support over the phone can’t help due to the investigation, the fraud team won’t respond (absolute silence on their part).
The only contact I have is through the community Koodo reps here, but even they can’t do much in this situation.
I’ve spent countless days and hours at first trying to find a solution to keep my account but now I can’t even find a way to cancel properly.
I’m worried that this will drag on and I’ll eventually be charged the entire cost of the phones (over $8000 for 8 phones).

We suggest visiting a Koodo store nearby if possible, for the return. If the rep in store declines the return, please ask them to call their support. We have also noted the account.
