I want to cancel the new black Friday sale, as I was miss lead into believing  that the internet service also included TV as well as

I looked into tv only (current provider)and with the Black Friday sale and being a long term Telus customer 

in total it would not be saving me much money. 
Two Telus reps (Koodo)was selling a Black Friday sale,(door to door) all sounds good but when I checked around my current provider  the prices between the two 

I would spend the same amount (internet plus TV from my current provider)

I felt like he was pressuring me I to the deal (wanting to see my current internet provider bill ), making it sound so great, 

I don’t feel comfortable at all in this at all

After a lengthy look at all information I want to cancel everything for Telus/Koodo

 

 

Koodo and telus operate separately though. Which service did you get from Telus and Koodo? If you took internet service from Telus, you will have to contact them to cancel. For Koodo, you will have to schedule a call back from them at www.koodo.com/chat

It was 2 Telus reps. selling Koodo internet to Telus customers with a deal for being Telus mobile phone. It was 

they said part of the Black Friday deals.  Digital mobile was NO help at all. Tried to get call back after 6 pm

Winnipeg Manitoba time, as I am at work before this and I am not all to answer phone calls.  Work comes first.  


You should be able to schedule a callback for after 6.
