need help with my order

Hello. An agent placed an order for me over the phone for a new S24. I received an email today with a tracking number. 

 

The tracking number didn't work on the Canada post website and the support team at canada post told me that tracking number is from 2019.

 

In addition,  the agent added an apt number to the shipping address,  even though it's a house, so I hope this will not cause any issues with delivery. 

 

How do I get the correct tracking number for my order?

I attempted to look on the website but it  says the order number is invalid.

You will need to speak with the agent again. 

Thank you. I just checked the tracking number again and it's working now. Must have been a delay on the Canada post side.
