My koodo tab is not clearing

The final payment was on march 9th and my tab still hasn’t cleared, so I’m unable to get a new phone.

Yes, it says that my current plan is not compatible with the selected tab. And then I'm left with a single option: paying full price upfront. Selecting a different plan does not solve the problem.

Yup! Nothing works

No, I get the same issue on any tab that I select.
