My husband and I both have Koodo phone plans. We are currently in Quebec, will move to London, Ontario in 3 weeks.

Can we change our billing adresse and still keep same phone numbers and plans?

We would like to order Koodo Home Internet for our new home in Ontario. How long will it take to receive the installation package? Can we order and have it shipped to a store in London and pick it up whenever we're available? Because we want to order in advance so that when can have Internet right away the day we move in.

You can change your billing address and keep the Quebec numbers/plans.

Internet orders usually will let you place activations a week out, and you’ll receive the equipment a couple days before. (May be different for the holidays but it’ll let you know before you place your order).

Equipment can’t be shipped to the store but you can ship it to an alternate address if you wish.
