I need some assistance regarding an order I placed with Koodo on November 24. The package was sent via Purolator, but unfortunately, it has been marked as undeliverable to my rural area.

I’ve already contacted Purolator and requested a return to sender, but I haven’t heard back from either Purolator or Koodo about what will happen next.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with delivery or returns? Any advice on how to proceed? I have contacted Purolator and requested a return to sender however that was over one week ago and nothing has been done.

If you have received things from Purolator in the past, it could have something to do with Canada Post owning Purolator. Just a thought. 


I have similar issue and I’m in Toronto, and Koodo used UPS. I received all parcels from other retailers not using Canada post without issues so far. 
koodo callback yesterday wasn’t clear on what will happen next.

We have looked into it and based on the notes from the Webstore team, the order will be returned to Koodo and it may take up to 2 weeks for the return to be completed.

Based on the information from the Webstore team, the order will be returned to Koodo and once the return complete the applicable refund related to the order will be made.

I am unsure why I must wait up to two weeks for an item to be returned to sender when the first shipment arrived in a neighboring city in 36 hours. Regardless I also am currently being charge a much higher monthly bill and am still stuck with my old phone.
