internet issue

I signed up for home internet last week. My activation date is April 8. I see in my receipts that I was charged for the month, but then reimbursed a few days later. Does that mean my subscription got cancelled some how? I have the modem already.

When you set it up, does the modem work?  Are you able to get internet access?

We see that you managed to get in touch with a rep over the phone in the meantime. It seems the order has been canceled and refunded.
