Internet equipment not yet arrived


Hi,

I ordered Koodo unlimited internet about a month ago and the equipment has not yet arrived. I checked the tracking on my package and it says it was returned to sender for some reason. My current internet provider that I was switching from stops on the 12th so I really need this equipment. How would i go about getting my equipment sent back to me?

Hi there,

For this you would need to speak to a Koodo rep. You can do that by scheduling a call back through either your self serve account or through Koodo.com/help and follow the prompts that show up in the chat bot. Alternatively, you can also talk to a rep through koodo’s Facebook account. That is odd though, you definitely should have received it a while ago. I would ask the rep the reasoning for why it was sent back so that it doesn’t happen again. I hope this information helps 🙂👍

Was there any voicemail you were left?
