I am switching from bell Fibe internet to koodo but my coax cable is different and the cable doesn’t plug in what should I do ? I think I need a technician

Fiber internet connection is different from coaxial. Were your address validated by this link? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/subscriptions/internet
If it was validated, they will have to send someone to setup the coaxial connection
