Do I need a phone number?

Just submitted a request to get a new phone and plan with Koodo. I am ordering a new phone because my current one does not work anymore, yet I was asked for a phone number and told a rep will call me if they need any more info. Well they can’t call me as my phone doesn’t work. So I’m wondering what happens if they need more info. Can they email me?

I don’t think they can email you. You could put your friend number or a number that you have access to.

If that doesn’t work, you might have to visit a Koodo kiosk and activate there (a $60 connection fee might apply).
