device care questions

I have 9 months left on my contact and my phone took a fall, the screen is broken and it may have water damage as the ground was fairly wet. 1 will device care cover water damage 2 how broken does rhe screen need to be and 3 if I buy a newer phone soon will they cancel my repair/replacement?

In regards to the device upgrade, are you looking to get a new phone on a monthly tab through Koodo?

 

So I looked it up. I would have to pay to have it fixed..... then why the heck fo I pay the $15 a month........

There are deductibles, just like most insurances.
 

It’s usually better than paying off the remainder of your contract but there does reach a point where it would make more sense to just buy a new phone.

It's cheaper for me to pay the contract out
