device care complete

I have device care complete but the verification text is not coming through. The email that it keeps saying is associated with my account isn't mine, which is odd considering I sign into self serve with my own email...and bought the phone with my own email.

Did you transfer your number to Koodo lately? Was the process completed successfully?

I got an entirely new number when it was set up..
