I ordered a new line , new phone middle October. Phone came and I did not find it user friendly. Since it was online , had to be done through phone calls. 

I was told I would receive a label in three days (Friday) nothing came , no call or email. 

Monday I called, Im still in return timeframe. Data, calls nothing was used. I finally get a shipment label.

Shipment arrives at placement. Nothing updates on my account. I got a $10 credit, $200 x 2 for bills of a phone I don't have physically anymore , talking over the phone nobody understands what Im telling them. There is no track record allegedly of calls had on their end. 

Very frustrating I want to go to in person store, with all my receipts , the tracking , why am I paying for an item I no longer have and never used. 

Ended up getting prepaid with them so that's more money out of pocket 

I have been with Koodo for years. The web store vs being purchased in store doesn't make sense.

I was charged $200 upfront and then again and even the phone bill itself shows its not being used so? 

I just want to speak to a real person and have the correct amount refunded back. This is frustrating

We have looked into it on our end and we can see the return was completed and the balance/charges associated with the phone reversed.

Just to confirm, are you looking to also cancel the new line that was activated in October?
