cancelling existing subscriptions before getting Stream+

Do I need to cancel my Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime subscriptions before I sign up for Stream+?

Also, will I loose all of my show lists on Disney and Netflix and my Amazon Prime account info?

Hi @Alimilne 

If you already have an existing account for each of those streaming services, you can link them so you don’t lose the watch history and account details. Once you link them, the biling wil transfer over to Koodo.

For Disney+, you may need to manage your existing subscription to avoid being double billed.

My advice is to make sure you cancel all those services prior to activating on Stream+.  I know there are issues with Amazon prime if you try to activate but there is an existing prime membership active.
