I cancelled my Koodo Internet subscription and returned the equipment using the return ID provided with Canada Post. But the tracking number Canada Post gave me says “multiple PIN” error and Koodo sent me an email saying the equipment was not received. I returned the equipment over a month ago, and I have the receipt.
What should I be doing?

Called Canada Post and they said they need the Koodo return address to open a service ticket. I do not have that because Koodo only sent me a return ID. Basically Canada Post is asking to contact Koodo.
