Hi, need some help as I’m confused.
I’m wanting to buy a phone on a new line. I select the phone I want, and Tab Premium and the phone is about $10 a month and $0 upfront, for a total of $209 for the phone. I then have to add a plan, when I select the plan, the phone now costs $300 something up front AFTER it takes about $200 something off the price. I have no idea what is going on here. Help?

Which phone are you trying to get and what plan are you selecting?
I was going to buy the Google Pixel 7 pre-owned on Tab Plus for my mother who’s elderly and her phone broke. $0.00 at $9.45/month.
On the side when I select Tab Plus, it says this:

Special plan starting at $50
Applicable on Tab Plus. Limited time offer
Select plans apply
Some offers may be offered online exclusively
So when I then go to select a plan, it pops up a special plan at the top for $50, with 70 GB of data. There is no other $50 plan to select. The total then shows I owe hundreds of dollars now.

Are you trying to upgrade your phone on your line? That's why the system tells you you need to pay off the balance/bonus of $300?
