I’ve purchased a prepaid card yesterday, and it is set for automatic top-up. I do not intend to use for a few days. I am wondering has my billing circle started yet? Here is the plan summary.
Do they start charging the day I pay for this plan, or the day I put the SIM card in the phone? Also, the customer service didn’t tell me what my number is, how can I find out?

It starts the day you activate your plan. Have you received any activation email yet?

Did you set up your prepaid account with a customer service agent?
You are suppose to register for a prepaid account on your own. Are you able to login to your prepaid self serve?

I’ve purchased the prepaid card from an agent in one of the Koodo branch. Didn’t know that the charging starts right away. I went back to the branch and have resolved the issue with him.
