I have been unable to log into my Prepaid Self Serve account for several months. I have tried to reset my password and received different responses. Originally it said the password was changed, but when I tried to log in it said password was incorrect. Now it won’t let me reset my password. I get to the “we are unable to process your request” response.

What are the different responses that you have received? Do you say you have received a message that your password has changed while the demand didn’t come from you?
