Travelling Reduce Plan

Hello, 

I’m travelling for an extended period out of country and need to reduce my plan but I’m unable to complete the change online, and I can’t find an email address for customer support. Additionally Koodo call back service doesn’t callback to international numbers. 

Any help would be appreciated - thank you.

Just to confirm, are you looking to use the Koodo number abroad or you would like to pause your services? 

If you are looking to pause your services, you should be able to switch to the seasonal hold plan online

FYI emails aren’t used anymore. This is your best first point of contact. Also, while callback does not work to international numbers, you can make a callback to your Koodo line, and you will not be charged for accepting the callback from Koodo.

 

But, you can likely get the help you need without needing to do a callback.
