I am using a koodo prepaid plan, which I have been using for a year or so. My phone bill was paid and the next day, my phone went into sos mode and has been like this for the past 10 days. I have tried resetting network settings, taking out the SIM card and checking if I had any outstanding bills. Are there any other things I can do to solve this issue? I am in an area where I have always had cell service, and my friend who is also using Koodo still has service on their phone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
